ORDER CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES:

  • We offer same day cancellation of orders only. If you'd like to cancel, please contact us between the hours of 9AM and 5PM, within 24 hours of your order being placed.

RETURNS:

  • All items listed as "on sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • As well, Made To Order items are made by hand and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • In stock items can be exchanged-

    -If you decide that you are not satisfied with your Mandy Coon order, we will accept exchanges of products in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging. 
    -Upon receiving your order, you have thirty (30) days to contact us to make us aware of your intention to return the item. We will issue you a return number, and you will ship the item back.
    -There will be a restocking fee of 10% of the item. This is to cover administrative fees charged to us by third party software used to handle the initial charge for the item. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
    -All exchanges/credit will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items.
    -Overseas customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on items purchased.

  • Please contact us if you'd like to place a return, and include your name and billing address, the purchase date and price, and reason for return.

SHIPPING:

Domestic Shipments-

  • In stock items are shipped within 1-5 days.

  • Made-To-Order items are shipped as soon as they are completed.

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

  • Domestic Shipping will be shipped using USPS or UPS Ground.

International Shipments-

  • In stock items are shipped within 1-5 days.

  • Made-To-Order items are shipped as soon as they are completed.

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

  • International Shipping will be shipped using USPS International (with tracking) or UPS.

  • Shipments to Australia and Asia, please allow up to 6 weeks for Delivery.

  • If your country is not listed in shipping options at checkout, contact us for a shipping estimate.

  • For International Shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake by the shipping company, you will need to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.

  • Contact us PRIOR to ordering if you would like to ship using a different carrier.
